Don't cry for me Argentina, the truth is I never left you. All threw my wild life, my mad existence, I've kept my promise, don't keep your distance. It won't be easy, you'll think it's strange when I try to explain that I still need you love after all that I've done. I had to let it happen. I had to change. So I choose freedom, ran around trying everything new. The answer was here all the time. I love you and hope you love me.
Sweet Jane, Glycerine, I was made for loving you--Kiss Always a Woman,
During writer's block, I turn to certain songs for inspiration. The songs I choose relate to my characters and what THEY are going through.
Major turn in my new story today. Can't wait to share it with everybody!

Spill on This
My cousin Jessie just started her own non-profit organization called "Spill On This". What is does is this: Raise money for animals in need, but goes to ONLY animals in need and not corporates to drive around in Mercedes. If an animal needs an operation and the owner cannot afford it, Spill On This will get involved to save that animal's life. I 100% support this group, and I am donating 15% of my internet sales to Spill on This. So buy a book and save a life, and I promise, I will still be driving my minivan.

New Chapter
I am very excited about my latest chapter in 'West of Chestnut'. Recently my ex-husband, who is also my editor, told me he can't work with me because we are no longer married. But as of last weekend I gave him a draft of my latest novel and I think I drew him back in...to my work, not me. Can't wait to hear what he thinks about the direction of my novel, being that it's finally on one course. When I write, I don't know the ending of the book, and it changes daily. For instance, one of the characters is based on my sister who is a cop, and she pissed me off recently, so I killed a cop in the story. ha ha ha. It's great being a writer! People ask me to put them in my books then regret it later. More importantly, one of my favorite people in the world, Dr. Hank Reiter, whom I've mentioned before, was supposed to co-write this book with me but can no longer do so because he has passed away. If he were here, he'd make some stupid joke about that. But I don't find it funny. He was doing extensive research on serial killers before he died, and I'm writing this book, strictly from Dr. Reiter's notes. This novel will be dedicated to him, although no book , no memorial, no scholarship, no movie, no photo, no words or phrase could take the place of that void that he leaves behind.

Murder
I have been doing a lot of research for my next novel, which is a psychological thriller. To create believable characters, you have to give them life. One of my characters commits murder, and there are many types of murderers in the world, ranging from the Depressive to the Sadistic. Most of my research is from Dr. Reiter's notes, my former Forensic Psychology Professor. Brilliant man. As I'm going over various case studies, majority of murders are triggered because people are in financial debt, and feel they have nothing left to loose, and killing will give them some sort of power. Think about it, our economy sucks, and crime is up. I predict a lot more killings in the near future. Just look at that poor mother and son who's ex-husband came in and killed them both. This is a sad world we live in. People suck. On another note, I'm also doing extensive research on Stonewall Jackson from the Civil War. If anyone has any information on him, I'd love to hear it.
